I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of life with understanding, compassion, and healing. With years of experience in working with complex trauma, codependency, and couples therapy, I approach each person and relationship with a holistic, trauma-informed lens.
I work with women who have been in relationships with narcissistic partners—who may feel confused, depleted, or disconnected from their sense of self. These experiences can be deeply disorienting and painful. Together, we’ll work to rebuild your sense of safety, self-worth, and clarity, so you can reconnect with your voice, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim your inner strength.
I also have a special interest in working with men who recognize narcissistic traits in themselves and are ready to explore the underlying wounds driving those patterns. I offer a nonjudgmental, supportive space to untangle defenses, reconnect with empathy, and develop more authentic and fulfilling ways of relating.
